Stopping Smoking

Note: Stop Smoking therapy or Stop Vaping is no longer available as I don’t have the time to factor this into my diary and I’ve not treated stopping smoking or vaping for several years – but I can offer a recommendation to another experienced hypnotherapist/psychotherapist.

Need help to quit the habit?

Are you ready to become a non-smoker? When you have decided to answer yes but you have been struggling with that final push to stop smoking, hypnotherapy can help.

Your subconscious mind is where your habits and behaviours are stored and hypnotherapy can provide powerful suggestion to help you break the habit.

Anti-smoking therapy takes place over two hours, requiring just one session and no initial consultation.

To book your anti-smoking session, call now on 07967122938

fears and phobia hypnotherapy bristol

Fears

Fear can be caused by either something external, which you feel you should avoid, or sometihing internal that is linked with negativity and triggering an unwanted emotional response.

When fear is repeated and becomes a subconscious response and anxiety can mushroom and expand out to other fears and phobias and exacerbate stress and anxiety causing a negative feedback loop of the fight/flight/freeze response that’s aggravated by the primitive brain’s limbic system; the amygdala and stored in the striatum.

Be aware that with fears such as fear of flying that contacting me with a week or two of the flight date is not the way I work. One should leave adequate enough time for the brain to be given a fair chance to unlearn the fear or phobic response. In such instances whereby there isn’t sufficient time then you will be redirected elsewhere.
